Division of LaZer Runner Inc. LIMITED WARRANTY FOR MARINE DEK MAT.COM PRODUCTS

This Limited Warranty (hereinafter referred to as the "Warranty"), issued by LaZer Runner Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Marine Dek Mat.com"), an Alberta corporation, applies to the first Buyer's purchase of a Marine Dek Mat.com product. The laws of Alberta shall be applied to and govern the interpretation of this Warranty.

Limited Warranty period:

During the Warranty period, we guarantee that the materials and workmanship of the products will be free from defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This Warranty applies only to the first purchaser of the Warranted product and does not extend to any subsequent purchasers.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage to the product due to:

a) Installation of the product onto any surface.

b) Adhesion of the product to a boat deck or to any other surface to which the product is applied.

c) Deformation, fading, discoloration or polymer degradation of the product resulting from non-defective

materials.

d) Exposing the product to temperatures in excess of 65C, which may occur as a result of amplification of

sunlight from reflective surfaces or passing of sunlight through a refractive area such as a glass/ windshield

or structures which shall operate to void this Limited Warranty.

e) Failure to follow the product instructions or to perform preventive maintenance.

f) Any modifications to the product

g) Unauthorized repair

h) Normal wear and tear

i) Or any other action or cause beyond Marine Dek Mat.com's control.

How to Claim Warranty and Remedy:

Contact our office at 587-525-9670 or email info@marinedekmat.com. Submit images of the defective areas for evaluation. We may require that the Decking area be removed and mailed to Marine Dek Mat.com. If the product is deemed defective by Marine Dek Mat.com, we will repair, replace or credit it in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty.

Limitation of Liability:

These Remedies are Your Sole and Exclusive Remedies and Our Entire Liability for any Breach of the Limited Warranty. We Shall Not be Liable for any Consequential, Incidental, Special, or Punitive Damages or Losses, Direct or Indirect, Exceeding the Actual Amount Paid by You for the Defective Product.
